    Can’t play online

    I bought a month of gold 2 days ago when it was discounted, but whenever I go to play online for any of my games the screen goes black and says I need a gold sub, but I can play my games with gold. I tried restarting the console and deleted my profile but
    nothing has changed. Any help please.

    I can’t play online games

    I’m trying to play fortnite but it says it’s taking to long to start. So I thought it was the WiFi so I hooked up to my personal hotspot on my phone, and same thing happened. So I get on my brother’s PS4 and try to start fortnite and it starts right up.

    Hi, based on the screenshot you provided. It seems the profile you want to use to play online games doesn't have a valid Game Pass Core or Ultimate (includes Core) subscription active.
