    Can’t play games online or talk to friends


    hi there I have been playing on my Xbox one s now for two weeks with no problems but today when I went to play fortnight it comes up with join Xbox live gold message. I have gold for one year and I have been to subscriptions and it says I have gold. I know
    the gold subscription is ok because I can download the free games with the games with gold. I have tested the network and Nast is open. Can anybody help me?

    I have also hard reset my router and the xbox but this didn’t help

    None of my online games work

    when I try and play any games that require Xbox live it instantly disconnects me but I can still talk to friends on party even though i can’t use any online features in any of my games

    I don’t understand

    I need help, I don’t understand what is wrong I know my account isn’t banned but I can’t play online games, talk to friends but I can sign in and play 360 games online, I can do hardly anything on Xbox one and I can’t play with freindsI was recently hacked
    by my friend who called everyone I’ve texted an N word and I got enforcements about gamerpics which he did, and I never did these things. I just want to play and stuff please help

    Account Suspension Still Active

    So I tried this today thinking that the maximum suspension would be 2 weeks, well it’s been 2 weeks and I still can’t play online games or talk/message other people. Is there such thing as a permanent suspension from chatting or playing online games? Also
    I’m kind of mad considering it was my friend who logged into my account and changed my gamerpic and got me banned.
