    Can't play games online or off.


    I suddenly cant play FIFA. Message says For this game you need to be online. But I cant get online. Ive checked my settings and all is OK. I can watch Netflix and go online, but I cant get FIFA to start as it says its not online. What can I do?

    Can't talk or play online

    My profile randomly quit being able to talk in parties and I can't play or join friends online. I have gold but it's from another player. There are no enforcements against my account. Why can't I talk or join games?

    Sorry to hear it. If you can get online to use other apps such as Netflix then I don't believe there's an issue with the console. I think that the issue here lies with the fact that your gamertag is showing as Silver. Perhaps you need to have a full Gold
    membership to play.

    Double check enforcement.xbox.com to be sure you do not have further enforcement on your account. You can file a case review from there if eligible.
    already did just says i have a communications ban until the 19th and i did a case review and they upheld their decision
