Cant play games on new account

I made a new account on my xbox because, my other account was hacked and iremoved the old account from my xbox, now it wont allow me to play the games i bought on the account now the only account on my xbox

Hello,

You will need to speak to the xbox support team about this issue, however there may not be a resolve other than using the hacked account (and changing password) on your xbox and having your xbox set as that account's home xbox.

Since when you purchase a game it ties directly to that account, once that account is removed the game rights are removed with it. It is to ensure that if an account is removed and something like an Xbox sale occurs, the new owner does not get a bunch of
free games with it.

Hi Doc unfortunately a game licence cant be transfered to a different account, as it would be linked to the account the game was brought on. So I am sorry you will have to buy the game again to get a new licence to be able to play it on the new account.

i need help i cant play online bf3 because idk how to put a new account on xbox made a new email doesnt work and it says account not activated and when i go to multiplayer i accept the terms and it says player is to young how is it that i pay 37 dollars
fro the premium edition and i cant play the game ?

I cant add new neighbours to the sims freeplay because it is not appearing in my profile (xbox). In my account only appears the mahjong game but its not the only one I play. If the sims doesnt appear i cant add new neighbours.
