Can't play game I brought

Don’t know if it’s just me but the issue seems fixed, one minute it wasn’t working I even tried restarting my Xbox for like the 18th time and uninstalling and reinstalling the game again too which didn’t work but then, all the sudden, the Events app just randomly started updating and after it finished I (somewhat annoyed and frustrated) decided “f it let’s see if for some reason that completely unrelated update fixed it!” Apparently it did. Literal seconds before the update it wasn’t working. Again not sure if it was just me but I thought I might as well tell ya it might be fixed.

Edit: nvm I played the game for a couple hours took a break for a couple more came back and now it’s Broken again. Though the dlc for saints row 2 are still working even though they didn’t before so I guess that’s good.

Have the same problem with Halo MCC and its DLCs. I got through a digital code and now when I go to the Microsoft store it says I never owned it. Same thing with my purchase history. Weirdly I can still play the base game despite not owning it according to Microsoft. I'm also the only one on the xbox so it can just be a share feature with accounts on an xbox. Im probably going to call customer support to get a refund or have everything back in order.

Same thing for me it’s been 6 days now since I bought saints row 1 and some dlc for both 1 and 2 but I get the exact same issue and I can’t get a refund so if they don’t fix it then I’ve basically been scammed for around $30

Yeah i brought fallout 3 dlc but it wouldn't activate after install so I deleted it with the intention of reinstall and then it disappeared all of them besides broken steel, checked the store and it was acting like I never purchased at all and wanting me to buy content I just brought. Honestly dude I'd say wait a few days if it still doesn't work get a refund.

I bought skate three because it’s ok discount it didn’t let me play so I uninstalled it and now I don’t have it but its in my buy history..? Like wth
