Can't play game even with profile that bought it signed in

In order to properly game share with someone else you need to enable Home Xbox in the other console.

If I recall correctly, the thing that you're saying is a workaround not official. (Sign in with the account that owns the game, open the game and switch the profile)

If you're not able to play using that method is due to is not supported and you're trying to trick the Xbox system. (That could lead to an account ban)

I can't even sign in to any of my profiles so can't even play offline if I want to save progress!

I am very displeased with microsoft and this system, becuase you should not have to be signed in through the internet just to play a game that you payed $65.00. All you should have to do is be signed into the xbox not servers. I bought titan fall today and
cannot even play it. can't even play campaign mode. I mean what is this, you buy a game and can't play it all becuase you have to be signed in, it is ***.

Can't sign into my account offline. Network page just hangs. Disconnecting from net doesn't work. Power cycle doesn't work.

Can't play any games, even in in single player. Can't even log into my console profile. I know XBL is down but why can't I sign into my console and play something offline?

Games that are bought on a different profile has to be signed into on your console to be played on a different profile even if they are installed.

If this does not help try setting that profile to your home xbox which allows game sharing.
