Gaming on cellular isnt really recommended

Lag and high cost of data isnt the besf

Having unlimited home console would be abused

Its a compromise to make sure people dont steal from the publishers would you like it if someone shared your games 1000s of tines withoutbpaying for it I dont think so

This error usually comes up due to a network problem, or an Xbox Network outage. There are no reported outages at ( https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status ), so the former is more likely.

• Would you mind giving this a try?

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
- Unplug your console for 5 minutes.
- Turn your modem/router off and unplug it for a few minutes.
- Plug everything back together.
- Turn your console on.
- Sign in to your account and try launching one of your games.

• If the previous doesn't work, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

- May I ask which Xbox model you are using?
- Do you have any external devices plugged into your console?
- Is your console connected to the internet via wifi or network cable?
- Could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current network status"? Your network's name is not necessary.
