Can't play free games with my game pass

Is this happening to anyone else? I signed up the game pass but for some reason I can't play this game like it says....help?

I don't get it

I did this too and talked with Customer Support. They said you can't play on PC with Game Pass. Even though a Sea of Thieves ad pops up at my Windows 10 start button for the Microsoft Store, and clearly says "Play Free with Game Pass" with $59.99 crossed
out. Why would this pop up on my Windows 10 PC when you can't play on PC with Game Pass? It's very misleading. Plus, now that I've activated my two-week trial on Game Pass, it's going to be wasted. They can't pause it ... I asked.

The games on game pass with title "Free with game pass" are really free? Or only free to play while I pay my suscription?

The game pass is regular active on your account? Check in the "Subscriptions" section of the console. If everything works, try holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again.

about free games, you mean about the games with gold? Because related to these games you will need the subcription to xbox live gold and not the xbox game pass!

This was a known issue but should be cleared up at this time.

Let's have you power down your console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back and try to launch the game once more!
