    Since restoring back to factory settings, it's working. I did something wrong in the set up of my xbox one and it's all sorted now. Thank you so much everyone for helping Can't play forza 5 :) it's very much appreciated Can't play forza 5 :)

    If you're still having trouble do this: Go to settings-Network-Disconnect Network. Hope this helps if you're still having issues.
