Can’t play early access?!?!?

So I had pre ordered forza horizon 5 premium add on bundle which lets me play 4 days early but every time I launch it says I’m too early but the early access is already live , I already submitted a ticket to forza support but they said I have to go through Xbox support and it led me here to posting a question.

Have you tried a hard reset? (Hold down the power button on the console until it turns off, unplug the console, plug in the console, and turn it back on).

No it is not. I have not been able to get on since about 12pm pacific. It is now 8:01pm pacific and it is still out. I did a hard reset. Still nothing. Extra money paid for early gears access. Can’t play online and boosts are going to waste.

Seems kind of pointless to have an early access for a friend if my friend cant play the early access

Got it... There are plenty of time untill 4pm, but I hope to get the early access, bcs I bought the game ealier to play it in the early access...

If I preorder the digital edition to get the early access to the campaign, can my son play the campaign via early access on his account too?
