Cant play ea access account on line

Hi there.

I am desperately looking for a number i can call to actually talk to someone about my issue.

My EA Access account has some person randoms email listed as the account email yet all of my financial info.

I can play my EA Access games off line and in single player... I cannot play any EA games on line or with friends.

I can play all other games on line and with friends, just not EA games.

Please help me with this issue as its been going on for months. I only see the random *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** email on my account when looking for the console. my account info when checking from my PC is all in order.

EA games with Child accounts

My son has a child account under my adult account. He is 14 years old but finds he cannot play EA games on line with his friends. I have been informed that EA policy is not to grant access to anyone with a child account on line access. The only way this
can be overridden is if his account is an Adult one. Simple, you would think. Apparently not. Xbox does not allow a change to a child account until that account reaches 18 years old. It cannot be changed on line by myself and Xbox will not do it as its against
their policy. Unless I am missing something, no child with a child account can play EA games on line. Please tell me I am wrong and there is a way around this. If not, I have a very unhappy child, who now has EA games that he has paid full price for but are
restricted in their use.

 

No early access to FIFA 17 despite EA Access

Hi.

I bought EA Access yesterday to play FIFA 17 already,

unfortunately i cant play the game because i get notification that i dont own EA Access. However, it is active in my subscriptions.

I am logging into the same console as my roommate, who has separate xbox account, who also bought ea access (last week) and who can already play FIFA 17.

EA support said that Xbox blocks launching Early Access from 2 accounts with the same IP, and Xbox support said EA blocks that.

So, who is responsible for that, and if my roommate finishes his 10 hrs trial will I be able to play?

I would actually say that this is a EA issue and you would need to talk to EA about getting your info off of that account.
