Can't play downloaded games while offline or even see them

most games can be played online

Hiya!!

I can understand your frustration on this matter. The reason that most developers require you to be online to play is because most games, depending on the graphics, are large files and require you to tap into their servers to access the entire file to
be able to play. It's like the difference from the old consoles where the game was on a cartridge so your graphics suck. The disc or the digital file that you purchase just installs the basics of the game to enable you the access the entire file. I dont see
that changing or the console would have to have huge storage space.!

As i said, your problem is that its not your hime Xbox. This is a direct symptom of this. Please double check this has been set properly. Id youre still having problems you need to contact customer service, because its an account issue

Sorry, but like I've already written I have it set as my home xbox and always have. Must be a bug in the firmware since you can search for individual titles you know you have installed and they show up and can be played. You cannot however see all the titles
and content installed unless you search for specific titles. The 'games' section under 'my games & apps' is empty. Once again - it's not because I don't have the box set as my home xbox.
