Can't Play Downloaded Game, Tried Trouble Shooting.

After a long 8 hours of downloading Skyrim, I finally was able to play it. Only to watch the transition from the loading screen to the actual game play screen turn black and freeze my console. I have cleared my cache multiple times, I unplugged my console,
tried the whole "power starting the console trick" signed in and out of xbox live, reset my network configurations, tried a different storage place. I'm now to the conclusion that I just wasted money on a game I can't play. I've never had so many problems
with a gaming console. Any ideas on what else I can do besides pay more money to send it in to hopefully get the problem fixed?

I have the 360 slim model.

File Corrupted

I have bought 2 games to be downloaded, but when the download is finished it says it is corrupted and I can't play it. I have cleared the system cache and done all of the trouble shooting steps suggested on the support page including increased bandwidth,
but neither game will download, and I have tried several times. I live in Mexico, but I have downloaded other games so that shouldn't be an issue. Any ideas?

 

i can’t play the Fifa 17 trial

Every time i try to play the game it loads and kicks me out. I already tried everything from game freezing and trouble shooting

 

It's possible that this is an issue left over from the black screen glitch that people have been experiencing recently.

Try signing out of your gamertag and then launch the game. Then when it has started up sign back in to your gamertag to see if that works.

 

Can you elaborate on the black screen glitch issue? I experienced this after downloading Motorcross Madness this weekebd (one of this month's Games w/ Gold). As soon as I launch the game, I get the black screen. Only way to get out is to reboot console.

 

im not sure if this is the thing that happens when it freezes but when you go through a door or something and it freezes, if you look closly at the screen you should see "press A to open door" if you do ( yes its still VERY annoying) then all that you have
to do is wait a little longer when you do - it will be a while like 5-10 minets - you should see the normal loading screen and it would just be normal wait time from there. ALSO when i said the wait time is 5-10 minets that may be differint for other people
becouse some people might have a slower xbox or a faster one it all depends on that but i dont think this is what you where meaning but im sure it can still help a lot of other people i hope this does help out some people.

PS. sry but you would do the same thing for when it happens when you fast travle. hope it helps!!!
