Can't play Digital game

Hi all,

Brought Madden 19 in 2019 as a digital download. Haven't played it for a while, so went to play it today. I got an error message saying the owner has to sign in to play it. I am the owner. I checked in the store and get error, something went wrong check back later we can't find your stuff at the moment.

I have been told that Madden has been taken off the store. I have tried numerous times to get a call back, but even that is not working. Can anyone help or let me know how to actually get a call back or phone number please?

This issue has also happened to me with a game called Fallout : New Vegas and I don't know what to do. Whenever I try to start it, it just tells me that I need to go to the store or check if my disk is in or make sure that your logged in.

Check if your xbox is set as home xbox on the account that you own the game:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.
Do either of the following:
To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.
To remove this console as your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox and then Remove this as my home Xbox.

You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".
