Can’t play digital game

Same issue on series S can’t play any games digitally downloaded

I think its an xbox issue. I have to change region on the xbox itself. I can play the game on UK region but when i try to play on US region the game tells me i need the refunded version to play the game.

Are you able to see this game via your
Order history? Did you buy this via your console or the Xbox website? There is a possibility that this title was purchased on a separate account.

I am trying to play a game but since they are all digitally bought, for the most part, I can’t and that is very upsetting.
