Can't play Dead Cells and Hollow Knight because I'm stuck on an infinite login screen

Hey there,

I recently redeemed my free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (1 month) which was included in my laptop purchase, and I downloaded Dead Cells and Hollow Knight.

The thing is, I can't open them because I'm stuck on an infinite loading screen. Ive reinstalled the game(s) but the issue persists.

When I try to open the game offline, it gives me an error saying: "You need an Internet connection to play this game."

There is a ton of unknown games in there that are simply amazing. A ton of those scrolling platformers are amzing. Like Hollow Knight and Dead Cells
