    Can't play Crimson Dragon.


    So i downloaded Crimson Dragon since it was included in this month's
    Games with Gold and played the first level at 67% when installing. Now the game is fully installed and i cant open up the second level,
    A Recruit's Duty, because everytime i try it just goes to the loading screen, but never loads. I've waited hours for it but it just wont load. For some reason the first level loads fine.

    No 'Gold' status?!

    I bought 12 month prepaid Xbox Live Gold a month ago and today I can't play Crimson Dragon, Forza 5 multiplayer etc...

    What's happened?!

    Please try reinstalling the game. Your game progress will not be affected.

    A lot of times when you start a game that is not fully installed it will wait to pull in the rest of the data. Exit to the home screen, go to the Crimson Dragon tile, hit your menu button, then select Quit. After quitting the game, relaunch it and it should
    load all data and work properly.

    i've tried quitting about 3 times but the same thing happens when i try to launch the game again.

    Have you cleared the system cache? Hold down the power button for about 10 seconds or until the Xbox One turns off. After the console is off, unplug the power from the back of the console itself and let it sit for 30 seconds. Plug the console back in and
    power it back up, it should take about 45 seconds to power on to the Home menu. Launch your game and see if it works.

    Can't play Crimson Dragon.

    Tried that too, due to my other problems with Call of Duty: Ghosts and Trials Fusion.
