    I am a member of the Xbox preview program and therefore I am not able to play diablo 3? It keeps saying I am downloading something but it's at 100%. I also am not able to leave the insider program to see if that helps so therefore I just paid 60 dollars
    yesterday for a game I cannot play that is kind of ridiculous

    Xbox Live for the 360 is down, and is affecting downloadable content purchases. I'm *** because I already have it purchased and I can't even play it. Get your crap together MS!

    It's probably a licensing issue. When you download content it's tied to the gamertag that purchased it as well as the console it was purchased on. If the content you can't play was downloaded on a different console, he would have to do a license transfer
    from his account in order for you to have access to them.

    Been having this problem all day. Tried reinstalling once and same problem. Attempting a second time, crossing my fingers it works. Don't want to lose all the gear and characters I have or the ability to even play the game on my account or xbox. Hoping this
    is a sever side problem with Microsoft.

    Microsoft technical support and developers are working but you forget how much we are waiting for it. The bug is known since March and we can't play the game at all.

    We CAN'T use the content at all. Don't be stupid and play with word to prove that we can use the content because we can't. When you buy a game you hope, at least, that you can play, use the game.
