Can't play COD - ColdWar after update

We recommend going over the following troubleshooting steps:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

Signing out and then back again can help as well, but if none of the steps was helpful contacting the support would be the next step to take. You can contact the online support via Contact us | Xbox Support.

For this issue it would be best to contact Xbox Support, they can help you further with any billing issues.

Thank you for your reply's, it turned out to be something different, after the update he didn't reinstall every element automatically, I had to manually check the boxes. After that was done, I could finally finish season 3.

- Do you have any external storage devices plugged into your console?
- If I'm understanding correctly, you are able to load the game but once inside, you are prompted to buy it again despite it showing as owned on the Microsoft Store. Would that be correct?
