    Hello. My username is , I was banned several months ago and when I try to play Call of Duty it thinks thinks that I don't own the game! If someone from the support team or another player could help me that would wonderful.

    Communications ban

    I received a suspension about a month ago for communications. It was a 2 week ban and I couldn't sign in and play on a back up profile either. So after the 2 weeks are up I can play online but I can't play fifa pro clubs mode or send messages.. My ban is
    not active. Am I permanently banned from pro clubs and messaging?? Will it carry onto fifa 18? Thanks for any help in advance.

    A 2 week ban usually occurs after the 3rd communication ban.

    First is 24 hours.

    Seconds is a week

    Third is 2 weeks.

    Unless its changed recently.
    well this is my first offense and it's for 2 weeks. I've tried pleading my case but they don't seem to care.
