Can't play certain games offline?

No...once your Gold expires, it will revert to Silver. But you can still play games...just not on Live. Your Live status does not affect offline console play in way. The catch is that you can't play any online aspect of the game...including multiplayer.
And this includes certain apps as already mentioned. But you can still play all games offline. And no, you can't delete your Live account...once it is made it stays made. At least until MS decides to purge it from the severs from inactivity. But they seem
to have no plans for that.

Where did you read in the terms of service that you can play Game Pass Games offline?

The closest thing I read about
offline play on Game Pass in this FAQ. Where it says that not all games allow offline play, and for those that allow offline play, you can only play them offline for 30 days.

As GamePass is a "rental" subscription, the games have to check at least every month if your subscription is still active and valid.

Otherwise you could join Game Pass, download all the games, set your console offline, and cancel the subscription. And since the console can't check if your subscription is still active, the console assumes that the subscription ran out, if it is offline
for a certain amount of time.

It is obvious that the Xbox One can support offline gameplay for certain games and certain game modes. On top of that, it was said that overseas military personnel will be allowed unlimited offline play. So it seems to me that this 24 hour check-in is to
ensure that people don't rent/borrow a game, install it, return it, and play it offline as much as they want.

I can understand having a 24 hour check if you wanted to play from your library without the disc, but if a person buys a digital copy of a game or has the physical disc in the drive, why not allow unlimited offline play for everyone?

you should be able to play with certain games, you have to check if that game if possible to play it online

Thank you , no I can't because Microsoft block me and I can't go to my Xbox live. But I really only want be able to play offline until they unblock me. I bought the game and I never played because they blocked me so I don't know if it is a problem with the
game instead

Game Pass games require an internet connection. To play offline you will have to buy the games.
