    Can't play Borderlands 2 and Gears 3


    I am trying to launch Borderlands 2 and Gears 3 fails with message “Do you own this game or app?” 0x803f8001. I downloaded these two games via Games With Gold but I can no longer launch them.

    I have contact to customer services center recently, they said that I don't have the license of Borderlands 2, I also can't found my order history. But my console do have installed this game. I am certain that I never
    use other accounts to home this console, and never let others to borrow this console. But they told me that the last time I play this game is around Oct 2017. I don't understand what's going on, and it really bothers me.

    And also, they told me I have the license of Gears 3, but how come it still fails to get in the game?
