Can't play Black Ops Cold War. Xbox saying I don't know own it, but in fact I do.

I CANT PLAY COD COLD WAR, EVEN THO I BOUGHT IT?

Before i say anything else, it seems like this is a universal issue at the moment, lotta people seem to be having this issue at the same time. so with that, try NOT unistalling the cold war game, ive seen many posts saying they tried to redownload the game
and eventually have it not work. Keep the game as long as you can, and maybe the game will fix itself by tonight. But for real this issue sucks, almost prestige in the game and now its saying ive never owned it. smh ️ Good luck fellas, ima play a different
game instead.

P.s. if xbox support reads this, currently none of you are saying anything about this to the public, and since we are in a pandemic lockdown... again, a lot of people especially me, want to play this beloved game. Covid should be enforcing you guys to have
to work considering its locking us all up. Seriously, with the new launch of series x, its like you guys are completely diregarding this topic. Terrible communication on your guy's part. Another disappointed customer here.
