Can’t play black ops 2 online

I bought black ops 2 and now that I try to play it online it shows a message that my profile does not have the permission to play xbox live. I also bought xbox live gold and appears the same message (I have an adult account).

HELP PLEASE.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble playing Black Ops 2 online. There could be a few different reasons why you're seeing this message.

same problem here. downloaded all the freebees for Black Ops 2, and now I can not play Black Ops 2 online. other games work fine. Black ops 2 = connection to xbox live lost!!!

ok now i can play olmost all online games but black ops 2 still disconects my friend can play black ops 2 with his profiel in my house strange

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. "

If that didn't work we may need to uninstall and reinstall the game, Andrew.
