Cant play because i'm "not" signed in

Today I tried to play Forza Horizon 3 but I can't play when it says that I'm not logged in. The strange thing is that I am logged in. I tried to contact a live human being in the support but that's apparently impossible. it's a waste of money if I can't
even play the game or won´t get help with it. I need help with this. How do I solve the game issue?

Signed in but I'm not

So I get on GTA 5 recently downloaded for the first and I go to online tab and it says sign into Xbox live but I already am and when I click on my profile nothing happens and nothing works to let me play.

XBox One Status Now Online!

This is BS. I was able to play since I was signed in. I did a hard reset because people said it was back online. NOW I CANT PLAY ANYTHING BECAUSE I CANT SIGN IN

I'm sorry to see any issues playing FH3! To get you the best troubleshooting steps, are you playing this on Windows 10 or Xbox One? Steps will be a little different for either one. If you could also provide an image of the error you're receiving, this will
help me pinpoint what steps will work well with what you're seeing.

Some games do allow you to play while in offline mode.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings.
Choose Network.
Select Network settings > Go offline.
