    Can't play Bard's Tale 4 on Gamepass PC


    Hello,

    I've had Gamepass for PC for a while now, never had any trouble opening games on my current machine or previous one. However, when trying to open Bard's Tale 4 on Gamepass, I get the following error message:

    "Can't sign in to Xbox Live; please try again in a while." The accompanying error code is 0x89235107.

    Are there any known fixes for this? Restarting/signing in and out and reinstalling did not work.

    Hi there Ephemeron welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Okay try this: Open the Settings app (the gear in the start menu)

    Open Accounts

    Click Sign-in Options

    Scroll down to Privacy

    Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

    Restart your PC

    Gamepass certainly gives a lot of choices. Some of my favs are Black Desert, Deus EX, Astroneer, Bard's Tale and Battle Chasers. All goodies and fun too.

    Xbox (Beta) Slow download speeds

    I joined gamepass today and have the same issues. Ridiculous downloads speed of around 1mB/s (i have a 120MB connection). I just don't see if this will be an option in the long run. Time is more valuable than money and I couldn't still play Bards tale
    4 even though it started downloading 2:30 hours ago.

    Which unknown game on the GamePass would you recommend?

    Thanks to gamepass i played Minit, Tracks, the Outer Worlds (although I would probably have played this one anyway), Lego City Undercover, Kingdom Come Deliverance, Yoku's Island Express, the Bard's Tale Trilogy (with 4 installed waiting to be played). I
    would definitely recommend all of them.

    I would also make a personnal resquest and I'd love a remaster on gamepass of the game Venetica. Firstly because I loved it despite its faults, secondly so that more of you will discover this underrated game from the 360 😊
