    Can't play backwards compatible games


    Been noticing an issue where when I try to play my backwards compatible games like burnout revenge it disconnects from Xbox live and says that because of said disconnection it cannot get the saved data from the cloud basically stopping me from being able to play the backwards compatible games. Can we please look into this because I just bought burnout three revenge so I can play and I can't even play unless I do it in an entirely singular session

    That game is not currently backwards compatible so it can't be played on the One. You can find a list of backwards compatible games here

    If it's not backwards compatible (and this game isn't) then no, it won't work. You can view the backwards compatibility list
    here. If a game is not on that list, you can't play it on an Xbox One.

    "brandiesel1" is correct, unofficial hard drives usually cannot perform backwards compatibility. However, not all listed games are actually backwards compatible anyways. Sorry, you can't play your game.
