when I start a backwords compatible game I get disconnected from Xbox live and can't reconnect it not just one game its all backwords compatible games

The Xbox One is not backwards compatible with Xbox 360 games so you can't play any 360 games on the Xbox One

If it's not backwards compatible (and this game isn't) then no, it won't work. You can view the backwards compatibility list
here. If a game is not on that list, you can't play it on an Xbox One.

Battlefield 4 is not backwards compatible. You can't play this game together. You can play Battlefield 3 though.

if you can play old games depends on their availability for backwards compatibility. If they are not available, you can't play them yet. Maybe, they will be added in the future.
