Can't play as access games

    Can't play as access games


    I've recently installed and paid a years subscription for ea access. I've downloaded a couple of games and none of them play. I keep getting the (0x0803f9001) error code. Which sends me to the store which it says this product is installed. I click on play
    and the while thing repeats. I don't know what's going on or how to fix. Please help. The games are downloaded on an external hard drive. I also have Xbox game pass games on there which all play fine. Thanks.

    EA Access // Can't play the games

    Hello,

    Ever since today I have subscribed to the EA Access service on the Xbox One S.

    But every time I install a game from the EA Access Vault it gives me the error "Do you own this game or app".

    All the other games from the online store work perfectly, only the EA Access games won't start.

    I've tried a hard reset three times but nothing seems to help.

    Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

    I have exactly the same issue. Xbox support say its ea's problem, ea say its xbox live problem. any help please??

    EA Access and Filesharing.

    Yes, you can game share EA Access, but the only thing that you can use, is the games in the vault. You can't share early access trials and discounts. Only the games in the vault. So in your case, you can't play Early Access

    Yes basically that's the correct troubleshooting! Have you tried contacting EA as well?
