Can't play apex legends because of this error...

Hi AngelObullets,

I am not on the insider program.

The game was originally installed on an external hard drive connected to my xbox one x and this ran fine.

I went to load the game up after not playing for a couple of weeks then this error appeared.

I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it on the external hard drive but this didn't work.

I then uninstalled it again and reinstalled in on the internal hard drive but the error continued.

I will contact EA.

Thank you for coming to the forums, I'd be happy to help.

Go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox.

If that does not help, the next step would be to try a
soft factory reset. Just make sure to select "keep my games & apps" and have your account login information ready since you will need to re-add your account during the set up. If you connect via WIFI you will need your network password to complete the reset.

Hey there, have you tried to go offline and back online? This usually helps in game server issues.

Could be the external hard drive causing the issue then it won't be the first time I seen errors appearing after updates on external hard drives. Try installing it on internal drive instead if you can?.
