Can’t play anything!!!

So i see that the micrsoft team is replying to some post about why in the world we all cant play the games that we freaking bought!

Yes micrsoft we understand you guys are fixing this issue. What we want to know is why we all should keep sticking around and dealing with it. Its literally every other day with you guys somethings goes down or happens and we all just get to not play the
games weve literally spent hundreds of dollars on. Yeah its temporary and short time spanned problems, but its really really annoying when it happens a lot! Its like if everytime you do laundry and your dryer stops drying your clothes half way through the
cylce for an hour or two and then starts drying them again. That would get really annoying and would make you wanna go either A. Buy a new dryer or B. Fix the dryer. So. Yeah. Please just fix the problem.

I have redeemed a 3 month gold membership but It ain’t working

I can’t access anything, I redeemed my three month gold membership and I have waiting 7-8 hours now and I still have 0 access to anything.. no partying up, no online multiplayer, can’t play fortnight or rainbow six siege.. Aggrevating... I paid $30 and
if I can’t play tonight I can’t play for another month

Hi,

The error code '0x80072ee7' & '0x87dd001e' appears to be a sign in/connection issue.

Please visit https://account.microsoft.com/devices , under your Xbox listing, you will see a option with related links, Press on 'This is not my home console', then press 'Remove device'.

Once you've done that,

1. Turn off your console, then unplug it for about 10 seconds (this will fully shutdown your xbox)

2. Turn it back on

3. Login with the account you just used to Remove the Xbox

4. Go and add it as 'This is my home xbox'

Ah I understand now, can you please Go to your Xbox settings > Network > Offline Mode?

Hey Thebeanmeister,

Are the games your trying to play digital or physical copies??

If they're physical you may need an internet connection to install them then after that your ok to play them offine.

If they're digital your xbox might not be set up as your 'home' xbox so it won't allow you to play them offline.
