Cant play anything on the xbox app on my PC

I'm not sure what the deal is, I cant even play games that I paid for let alone the gamepass games, they'll download to 100% on my external hard drive then pop an error code, then all I can do is cancel the download. If i download it on my normal C drive it will install just fine but wont open when I try to play anything. I spent 4 hours on the phone with customer service and they remotely accessed my PC and couldn't fix anything. At this point I just want all my games refunded so I can buy them off steam. If anyone was able to fix this let me know.

After submitting, wait for an email on the status of your refund. You should get one within 24 hours and if your request is approved, you'll get your money back soon after. Refunds are processed in 3 - 5 days.

If you want to troubleshoot you can try this;

First try to re-register the Microsoft Store

- Press Windows + X keys together and click on Windows PowerShell (Admin).

- Now type in the command and hit Enter: Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\\AppXManifest.xml”}

- Restart the PC.

If that fails, try to disable Proxy Server:

First check if proxy server is enabled;

- Press Windows logo key + I, to open Settings.

- Click on Network & Internet and select Proxy from the left pane.

- Under Automatic proxy setup, toggle the switch to On for Automatically detect settings.

- Now, under Manual proxy setup, toggle the switch to Off for Use a proxy server

I have contacted several support agents and they say that I don't have any current suspensions. I can message, join parties, and anything else fine on my phone on the xbox app but I cant on the xbox app on PC. I need help fixing the app on PC.
