    0x87e107f9 is my code and when i searched it, it came up without any support articles. What is going on.

    Mine is 0x800705b4, but I'm in the same boat... can't play any downloaded games. ****, I can't even launch anything from "My games & apps."

    Xbox update not letting me use xbox

    Updated my Xbox and with the update I literally can't do anything. Can't play games, use apps, log in, got to settings etc. Already tried restarting Xbox, router, and factory resetting

    Great, just received my replacement console as my first got the disc drive error. The replacement shuts off after 2 seconds so I can't use it at all! Not only can I not play games but now I can't use it for apps or anything! Useless.

    Even with Silverlight installed, I still can't do anything on either the webpage or the app. The webpage still just tells me I can change my avatar through the Games app, and there's no option for that on the app.
