Can't play any of the games I OWN

My idea is simple: Let people have access to the things they've paid way too much money for (xbox games in this case) 100% of the time. If you own the TV, the console, the electricity, THE GAME... you shouldn't be treated as a criminal every time you want
to use it. How would you feel if you had to show the pink slip for your car every time you got behind the wheel to prove your not stealing it? Or the title to your house every time you came home to prove you're not just trying to rob the place? This makes an
xbox console a horrible choice for those who live in remote areas with inconsistent internet service. What about people who saved their money to buy an xbox and a couple games, because it's a great way to entertain yourself when you don't want to go out and
spend a bunch of money, but cant afford the ridiculous internet bill the ISP imposes on the area in which they hold their monopoly? The second I move to an area that has ok internet, xbox Sh*ts the bed... go figure. I'm embarrassed to admit this but I took
time off to catch up on some video games because I rarely have time to myself and this is a huge let down.

Can't play any games I own. Error code: 0x803f9006

I signed in to my account thinking that I would load in like I usually do, but no. All the games that I bought from the xbox store won't open. I don't know why this is happening or how it even happened. I would love help.

Update: Got a new error code 0x87e107f9

 

I can't play my own game

I recently wanted to play assassins creed 4 again after 2 years and it won't let me play it asks me if I own it and I got it back in 2014 with the unity bundle when I delete it it gives me the option to reinstall it

 

Hey turd760! Are you receiving a specific error message or code? If there is a feature that you would like to see added, be sure to submit it
here so the right teams are made aware. Additionally, purchasing a physical copy of a game should resolve the issue as well. Thanks!
