Cant play any of my Xbox One games offline

Hello,

I use to live in the UK and moved to South Africa (2 weeks ago).

I plugged in my Xbox Today and trying to play a game. Once trying, I receive the error message:

"For this game, you need to be online"

"If you are on this Xbox regularly, make it your home xbox to enable offline play for games you own. The next time you are online, go to settings > My Home Xbox. (0x87de2727)".

This is a problem. I just moved Country and I cannot go online for a while... a long while (I am sending this message from my phone which is 3G and does not have a lot of data). I purchased all of my games (Except for Destiny and Titanfall) on the Xbox Marketplace
when I lived in the UK (22 games in total). None of them work, at all...

I tried turning off my xbox, removing the power cable and my external hard drive and nothing. Still the same error message.

Please tell me there is a way to fix this issue without being online?

Cant sign in to XBOX Live

ive got a similar problem. I had got offline achievements and havent gone on xbox live. i recovered my gamertag on another xbox live to play a game and now i cant sign in to xbox live on my offline one since i guess are two different files now. any suggestions?

 

Virus or corrupted files

i basically cant play any of my games when everi try to connect to a publishers servers it rejects me and kicks me offline for example halo wars 2 now rainbow 6 ive formatted my xbox and nothing im really stuck here ive paid money for my games and i cant
even play them id alpreciate any help

 

Just additional info.

I tried loading all my games. The only ones I can play are:

- Witcher 3

- Fifa 15

- Dragonball Xenoverse

The rest I can't play.

 

I am from Canada and I have the same problem with Witcher 3, Lords of the fallen, and Wolfenstein the old blood. I thought they had gotten rid of the constantly connected to xbox live to play games? I can understand if the problem was with a certain game
because it didn't have the newest update but I just played these games in the last 24 hours. Now when xbox live has a problem I have a big paperweight that I can turn off and on. So what games can I play offline?
