Cant play any of my games

i can't play any of my games. each game is downloaded and says the profile that bought this game needs to sign in, well i bought all of my games. please fix this asap.

Hello, I'm sorry that you are having trouble. It sounds like you need to have your console repaired. Please go
here and follow the instructions to submit your console for repair. I hope this helps.

Hey there Shock,

Hopefully you haven't sent the console in yet, because the first thing you should try is the
Disc Drive Solution if you haven't already. I assume if you contacted Xbox Phone or Chat support they ran through these steps with you as well.

If you already sent the console in, we hope it will come back quickly and good as new! Keep us posted!

This is unacceptable I pay them every year to use their service and on top of that I pay them for games and additional content and now they won't let me play my games. ... my guild is losing a war right now because our members can't log in after we spent
over 40 mill to prepare for this night so now because xbox can't hold up their end of the deal we are going to lose that money plus the money we were supposed to bring home tonight... xbox needs to compensate us for the access time that we paid them for and
they failed to follow through with because I have been a loyal customer and now I'm being punished by having my guild funds cut and possibly losing my position in the guild because xbox can't provide the service that they have been well paid for

What kind of answer are you looking for exactly? Other than saying there is a service interruption I'm not sure what they could tell us. People are reporting that it is back up now though so you may want to check again.
