Discus and support can't play any of my games in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; hi there. since last night I got a problem. once I start my xbox one I can't play any games. for example COD AW I start xbox log in and start game....     can't play any of my games


    hi there. since last night I got a problem. once I start my xbox one I can't play any games. for example COD AW I start xbox log in and start game. then game just stays on loading screen. this is happening as well with diablo and some other games. I tried
    starting COD without logging in and select my profile once the game asks me but then I only see the message reading storage but will stay like this forever. please help. thx

    Can't play any of my gears of war game

    Installed game. Launched game. I signed in. My boyfriend signed in as a guest. Picked campaign coop, new, save slot 1, then gets a message error lost connection with host please return to main menu. Tried again and again , even tried solo. Won't let me play
    anything. Gone all Christmas devastated. Just want to play the campaign with my fella. Please Help!!!

    Can't Play any game

    can't play Mahjong or any game. I get " failed to create DirectX device". What does that mean and how can I fix this?

    Hello,

    Try resetting your console by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it's completely shut down. Turn it on and try again. I've had to do this two times in a row to get it to work before, but it worked. Let us know if it helps.

    Depending on where you are based you might still be entitled to a Repair, replacement or refund by the retailer that sold it to you. Even if it's a more than a year old you should still get years of use out of it. In most cases upto 7 years for electronics.
    Check your consumer rights, its well worth it.
