    Can't play any multiplayer games


    Hopefully someone can help me!

    Every time I try and play a multiplayer game it tells me I don't have access to this feature and buy gold, my current subscription runs out 09/08/2018 so I do have it.

    I've checked and all my privacy settings are open and allowing everything. I've tried removing my account off my xbox and still happens.

    Does anyone have a solution to this?

    Hello there.

    Today i bought 1 Month Live Subscription, rebooted my Xbox, played any game but i've got problems. It seems i can't join multiplayer because of the privacy settings or other problems. For example, in Halo 5 it says to check my privileges.

    I know is not a privacy problem because i set all to ALLOW, i've got these problems before.. but this time seems i can't fix it at all

    I can see from my subscription panel that i've got Xbox Live, and i can download Games with gold. But I can't go multiplayer.

    Hope to get some help,
