    I have tried it all. Restarts holding the power button and unplugging the power cord, unplugging and replugging my router, I even did a factory reset (because a xbox chat support rep told me it would work). Nothing has worked. I am still unable to play
    any of my games downloaded or disk based and it has been this way since at least sunday morning. Now MCC and AC Unity are out and I am out of options. Can someone at Xbox confirm there are issues on your end? The xbox live status page only lists issues
    specifically with CoDAW and MCC, but I have issues with ANY game. Hulu plus and netflix still work.

    can't play Mahjong or any game. I get " failed to create DirectX device". What does that mean and how can I fix this?

    Can't play any games !?

    Hi ! Since yesterday my games stop at the begining of the loading screen and it becomes a black screen .

    Once in a 10 try ... the code was 0x800706ab ...but it don't show anymore ...just black screen .

    Games tried over and over was Destiny 2 , Assassin's creed syndicate and South park TFBW

    What can i do??

    May you please provide us with some more details on your network environment? Especially with your hardware devices, your connection type and steps you have already taken to configure your network devices.

  5. Wired connection, NAT type open. I have been playing on these network devices since I got my Xbox One on day one 2013, and this is the first time I have experienced these sorts of issues.

    Just ran a detailed network statistics test:

    Download speed: 27.35 Mbps

    Upload speed: 5.75 Mbps

    Latency: 97 ms

    Packet Loss: 0%

    MTU: 1480

    Ok then. Thxs for the information.

    Unfortunately the Xbox network is experiencing some problems at the moment which may affect you. You may check the current xbl service status at tp://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    Especially where you have not experienced any problems before and even a factory reset did not fix any of these problems the outage may be the cause of your problem.

    So please be patient until the xbl services are back working and then check again if your problems persists. If they do so, please feel free to come back for further assistance. Thxs for your understanding.

  7. Network connection test says my network is fine but xbox live is experiencing problems. Any idea when the problems with xbox live will be resolved?

  9. Holy crap....I have the same issues since yesterday...it started as a simple loss to servers on Destiny to an all out block today...I have done everything possible except factory reset...I REFUSE TO DO THAT, a factory reset to me is just packing it up and
    sending it to the factory...lulz! SneakingTeakin, this is just going to be a waiting game. Halo came out and broke all the servers I guess!

  10. I've been down since sunday morning, before MCC even came out. Was looking forward to getting VoG hard mode done on my Titan but I could not play :-(. Don't bother with a factory reset. It doesn't help, although an xbox service rep assured me it would.
    You just end up having to reinstall all your games and still have the same problem. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. It isn't very fun not receiving a service that I pay for.

    Well Wizard, nice you be amused so easily, especially where you do not seem to have a glimpse of what I am doing and why I asked this questions or on systematic troubleshooting at all. Can't play ANY games whatsoever. ;)

    But to let you know: I was asking for that information, because there could be problems on his end as well. So it's first step, to gather as much information as possible to get the whole situation and check if everything is OK on his end. And as not all
    users are affected by service outages, there is some possibility it's not only on the servers end.

    Oh and btw... we ambassadors are not instructed by anyone as we are users helping users on a voluntarily base. Clearly demonstration on your great knowledge. So now you may be amused again... enjoy it. I did enjoy your post, too. Can't play ANY games whatsoever. ;)



    Specialooooops, there is no need to do a factory reset at the moment.
