Can't play any games again

And no my internet is just fine. It cause the xbox core services keep going down and i always gets the short end of the stick so every time it happens my services go with it.

No its not the same i couldn't even open up the settings. But i think i fix it i just kept doing a hard reset until it work again am just getting tried of doing that all the time.

Since the Microsoft 3 months ago the server crash and since then I couldn't play some of my games because the data couldn't sync.
