Cant play any game that is needing my xbox account login

I cant play forza because it needs to sign in with my xbox account. First i start the game, i press a and then grey box appears, then closes very fast and i am stuck at that page. If i press a again i get the same over and over.

I have this problem with other games too that need to login with my xbox account like Gears of War Ultimate Edition.

How can i resolve this?? Pls help.

Confusion regarding gamesharing.

Confused by the question. But, the principle is, the, the home console play games without login in the account. Any other console, you will need to login and play the game. That's it.

Banned console cant play offline

Hey,

My console banned.I reset my console and now i dont have account in my xbox right now.

When i try play offline with my disc games need a profile.

But i cant login any profile because my console banned.

Support cant help me.

Any can to do about that issue.

Have you tried to remove your profile from the Xbox One console and then re-add it? Let us know if you've tried this or any other troubleshooting steps!

Hi, thank you for the help, but i'm on pc and not on an xbox. I already tried to log off and then log on to my xbxox account through the xbox app but the game still does the same.

 

Ah, thanks for clarifying that. Are you using a Windows 10 Technical Insider build? Is your computer fully up to date and are you seeing any issues with signing in on the Xbox App as well? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the game yet?

Sorry for the late reaction, i am using the latest normal windows 10, and i can login to the xbox app just fine. I have tried to reinstall the game but doesnt help, i have this problem with other games too.

Hi, yes i have tried on other computers and there it works, but i want it to work on my gaming pc, and i dont want to reinstall windows. And yes i dont know how long ago but it used to work.

I'm wondering if there may be some software that's conflicting with the login. Since we know it works on other devices, you may want to try to uninstall any updates that have happened right before the problem started. That would be the best bet to get this
issue resolved. Other than that, you'll want to try to factory reset your computer. Windows 10 does have options to keep some data, so you'll want to take a look at those options as well.
