Cant play any game online

I have an xbl gold status, everything works and everything is ok, but when i try to play multiplayer i see the message asking me to connect xbox live...

CANT PLAY ANY ONLINE GAME

I bought sea of thieves for playing online, what a surprise i have when everytime i tried to play the stupid game i get a connection error. Okay so i checked xbox app to find out everything is ok. Tried another game, get same connection error. I have two
computers connected in the same red, the other computer can play any **** game but mine gets connection error (?) Already chat with xbox support and their answers is "WE DONT KNOW, DONT PLAY OR WHATEVER" REALLY?

Here you can check everything is ok but games wont **** connect and it only happens with windows game so

I don’t know if I have the same problem as you but I was in the middle of playing fortnite And top 10 situation my game crashed and said I need to be online to play the game well I was still in the party talking to everybody just fine so I don’t know what
is going on

Sorry to hear it. It could be an issue with the internet connection. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

Every game i started up mostly call of duty, a message pop up saying “ your current profile is not allowed to play Xbox Live.” And i honestly dont know how to fix that problem.

Log in to you Microsoft account and check subscription status.

Do you have a gold subscription? Gold is required to play online.
