Can't play any EA games all of a sudden

So everything was working fine until a few days ago. I tried to get on the Battlefield 2042 trial and it said my account was banned/suspended. That was weird because I don't really play any EA games so I created a ticket and it was resolved immediately. I almost thought it was just a bug or something. Fast forward a few days and I get on Titanfall 2 and play a few games (as you can tell I only get on EA games when they in the Game Pass quests or Rewards app). A day or two later I get on to complete my 250 point punch card for obtaining an achievement in Battlefield 2042 and I get this message when trying to sign in,

"Reset Your Password". "It's been a while since we've seen you, so your login credentials have expired. The good news: all you need to do is reset your password." "We just sent a password reset email to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***." "Need help? See what to do if you don't have access to that email anymore: http://x.ea.com/ea/cant-login".

Now upon trying to get help with many different agents on EA's end, and reading up on these forums there's nothing really anyone can do. EA says that the email was never changed so my account wasn't compromised. They also tell me that the information given (IP, email, credit card number, purchases, etc) is incorrect. Mind you I've never made a single purchase on any EA game, including the game itself. I asked what constituted a purchase because I thought maybe Xbox Game Pass Ultimate counted and so I gave them the last 4 digits used to purchase my Ultimate memberships. Still they say the information given is incorrect and there's nothing they can do.

Upon reading what Microsoft can do is apparently nothing because it's on EA's server. What I don't understand is why I can't unlink my Xbox account from an EA account on Microsoft's end. Can't you revoke access?

It's kind of annoying that I can't play any EA games ever again on this account because there's nothing anyone can do. I'm not even sure how someone linked my Xbox account to their email or changed the email on my EA account. I think Microsoft needs to do something about this because I should be able to unlink MY Xbox account from EA. And apparently none of us can get help from EA so Microsoft needs to get help on their end.

The only thing that worked was I had to find a game that allowed me to change it from the game. I think I did it on Burnout Paradise, but I could be wrong. I tried so many different games, but some allow you to just change your information when you try to get on that game. I still have the issue every time I get on a new EA game though. It's really annoying.

Hi, I am having this exact problem but with my PS5. Its been. Couple of months since you posted this so were you able to find a solution? Ive also ran across several other forums with this problem as well bit none of them give a solution. Spoke to an EA agent for an hour for them to tell me they can't help me because the security questions they asked me did not validate on their end.

I realy like ea games and mostly apex and problem that can't play cus of passowrd reset I try to login in ea and I put my email and password and it doesn't work I tried so many times and it doesn't work I real hope ea wil fix this

Exact same thing happened to me. House played on Battlefield V, one day puff It says EA account I use doesn't have the game pass. When I ask them what account is connected to it, they say we need to verify and tell me information I give is incorrect. EA doesn't help and Microsoft says they can't unlink because it is EA server. I just cancelled my Game Pass. I won't be paying for a service where I am ripped off.

I downloaded the update and was fine until today. All of a sudden I can't connect to EA servers. I assumed it was because its Friday and they can't handle the strain of more users. What crap!
