Can't play ANY downloaded games (0x80270300) FIX THIS NOW

I haven't been able to play games for days becauss of this trash update, according to the Xbox my games that have been installed for months are now "not ready yet" and I have to wait til they show "ready to start" but these games have been finished downloading
for months, I was just playing them a couple days ago.

i can't even delete the games and download them again, because as soon as I do that, they become corrupt & will not install. My only option is to reset my hardrrive for a technical issue that isn't even my fault. I lose saves, and time put in on those saves
just because you guys don't know how to release a functional update

i can't even use the feedback option, because the ENTIRE Xbox preview app is "not ready yet" when I've had it installed for months!

A consoles simplest function is to play a game, the Xbox one barley even does that.

FIX THIS YOURSELVES, WITHOUT TELLING PEOPLE TO RESET THEIR HDD BECAUSE YOU GUYS MADE ANOTHER MISTAKE.

Your OS Update Did This... Can't Find External HDD or Play My Games

First started off with the code '0x80270300'. Hard reset the console... Now have code '0x87e000c8'. I cannot find my external HDD in storage settings.

Microsoft, fix this NOW.

PS.... The new Dashboard is horrible plus now I can't even play any games on my Xbox One!

If you're connected to the internet and signed in online your saves should be saved in the cloud if that's what your set back is on a factory reset. All games and settings are saved online, which means the only thing you would need to do is reinstall some
games.

PS if you're having issues with a Preview Feature I would suggest posting them here. The preview folks would be best suited to handle all preview errors.

 

Similar issue. I installed Assassin's Creed Syndicate weeks ago and have been playing it ever since. Last weekend, I pop in the game and the system tells me "it's not ready yet" and I need to wait until it's ready to launch.

How is that possible? I've been playing the game for close to month. It's already installed with 20 plus hours of gameplay. The disc just sits there in the game and does nothing at all. I get this same error code and no one seems to know how to fix it.

Microsoft, many of us gave you a chance back when Sony and Nintendo were the ONLY game systems out there. We put our trust in a home-grown console. 360 proved you guys could stand with the best and provide players with wonderful gaming experiences. However,
in the last two months alone, "Big Green" gamers like me have been having issues like this which have been growing more and more common. We paid good money for the system we loved and you've given us nothing but errors.

Please, take our concerns seriously before Xbox goes the way of the Dreamcast.

 

Same exact issue and xbox support has no clue .. I am having the same error come up after playing halo 5 when it came out and for the last month anytime I try to play it it says its nots ready yet and I need to wait until its ready to launch. I contacted
xbox support and they directed me to the game developer which makes NO SENSE!!!! its not the game thats the problem it is the CONSOLE. I will never buy a game and download it onto the system ever again . I may not ever even purchase another thing for xbox
because this is outrageous that they don't even know how to fix this issue!!! Then say they will not refund me or give me the hardcopy game . No body has a solution to this problem and I don't get it. Extremely frustrated!!!

 

Same Thing Here. I was going to play Forza Horizon 2 then this happened . but i've played a lot before ! i don't know...

 

Xbox support, what's going on? I have the same issue and I can't afford to download the game again cos I have a data cap. Forza 6 won't start, saying it has to be ready even though I've been playing it for over a month now. This is so frustrating

My son is having the same problem. Code was OX80070002. Is there a way to fix this. He can't get on any games or apps.

Problem started for me a week ago, games I played everyday now don't work at all, even after hard resetting, un-installing and re-installing. Do I have to factory reset just to get this problem fixed?
