I'm actually surprised they wanted to go full digital when they can't handle the current set up... Sadly 90% of my games are digital so I can't play them... Thank god i have a ps4 and a pc so that I can play other games but by the next console generation
I will give it a thought if the xbox is even worth it.

 

At least PSN gave a little compensation (an extra day on your account), little but at least something. Also the issue on PSN was not as bad as this. I have both consoles and honestly I feel better treated by Sony. One of the main reasons a lot of people
went with xbox is that its online network was supposedly more reliable than PSN. At present this seems like fantasy.

As someone with both systems you have no idea what you are talking about. PS4 goes down just as often. Not saying we should not demand more out of live because we should and it has been a joke as someone who has been here since day 1 in 2001.

Yep , I have both...PS4 , in addition to the unannounced outages also have announced ones....they have to go offline for maintance...

first of all i cant use ea access to play the games im paying a subscription fee for and now the service that governs live doesnt work either i believe we the consumers are entitled to extra days on our subs for these constant issues. Im sure this question
wont be answered because nobody in support likes to answer the hard questions. I only want a response from an actual support member not an ambassador
