    I am literally completely out of options, for example when I try and click the "Cross-Platform" option in Rocket League. It asks me to sign into the Microsoft account of the parental account to. I do that correctly and it says something along the line of 'This account is banned for violating Microsoft Xbox Guidelines.' I have no clue why his account is the parental account but my account is practically bricked for certain games.

    My brother made his account with the Microsoft family owner's account and the moron got it banned. I have tons of issues just trying to play any game really.
