Cant play anithing

Hi i have an issue with my xbox one s, since the last wednesday July 31 i cant play any game.

When I select one game only load the screen with its image and then i got back to the dashboard only a few times show me an error message "0x8027025A", All my games are digital some from gamepass or games with
gold and other that i bought

I already tried the solutions to that error, from erase the cache, download again the game and my account to factory restoration.

All other funtions/App works: Netflix, Youtube, Edge, Spotify, Mixer... exept games (lucky me )

Any advices? I am the only one with that problem?

I had this issue and I had to call the xbox support number and they fixed it right away

My games are on the Internal Drive, and already tried the solutions of the troubleshoot page.

For a while I was thinking that the proble was one from the Know Issues adress on July:

Known Issue: Some games launching in to a "took too long to start" error message. (0x8027025A)
Workaround: If you are seeing this error message when launching a game or app,following the steps here will be able to help get you
back to gaming.

I am worried that the problem maybe could be the hard disk or the console itself because my xbox isnt on warranty anymore...

Anyway thanks for the response; I will try all the troubleshoot solutions if that doesnt work I'll contact technical support

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Hi Guys

Update, none of the solutions worked because it wanst a problem with my xbox or account.

The servicies of Xbox, particulary the licenses services werent working for some users

I just waited 1.5 weeks until my xbox required an actualitation and then all my games worked!

Hi Veterarmo,

Thanks for keeping us updated on the issue. Since you have tried a
soft factory reset. We recommend a full factory reset. This is where you completely wipe the Xbox and start fresh. So on the guide you will select
reset and remove everything. Once it is done, download profile, then install one game that hasn't been starting. Wait until the game is completely installed then try and launch. If it launches then download other games. Note: just install one
game at first as a test. In case it is your HD then wont spend a ton of time waiting for installs to finish.
