Can't play Aliens vs predator (AVP) in my series s

Hi, i bought AVP 2010 on the store, however it won't start after i downloaded it, it asks if i have the game and in the message there is a code (0x803f8001), i don't know what to do to play my game, when i go to the store to manage it, nothing happens, the thingy just keep rolling and rolling ad infinitum

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

According to Xbox Support: "This may mean that we’re having trouble checking usage rights, or that the game is no longer in the Game Pass catalog."

We need to make sure that you're signed in under the correct account where the game was purchased. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then check all purchases that you have, you may need to locate the game order, it should be stated as "completed".

Once confirmed, remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

As much as I like Aliens I'll wait on this one, apart from Alien Vs Predator none of the games have been very good, Alien Trilogy on the Playstation was not too bad, but AvP on the Jaguar was great, so,,, caution from me this time.

I am not really looking forward to another ALIEN game after the abysmal creation that was Aliens Vs Predator. Colonial Marines may be very good and made by different people but I will wait an see, not a day one like AVP was.

I'm defiantly getting it. Huge fan of the AVP series. I'm glad there will be no predators in this one. Hence "ALIENS Colonial MARINES" Hopefully the multiplayer doesn't die out like AVP3.
