    Can't play add ons after factory reset


    One day my Xbox One was acting crazy and I couldn't figure out any way to fix it other than a factory reset. (I moved all of my games to an external storage that had been previously formatted and used only for my Xbox.) I performed the reset, which seemed
    to fix the problems that I was having...but then I went to play my Fallout: New Vegas GOTY edition that I purchased and had previously downloaded, played and beaten. It said that I had the add-ons installed, but that I did not own them and will not let me
    play them. This is the only game acting this way.

    Currently in Afghanistan working for the US Army. There are a few of us out here who would like to get the First Strike and Escalation Add-ons for our X-box. Don't seem to have any trouble with automatic updates but when downloading purchasable content,
    it gets to 99% then says "Can't Download". My region is set to the US and our internet is provided by Britain. I'm just curious if there is any way to get the content out here. We have even tried a VPN and still seem to have the same problem.

    Thanks. An update. After reconnecting to the Wi-Fi I managed to get to the screen where it allowed me to input my email address and password it loaded for a long time but now it seems to be working. I don't know what changed but thank you for helping

    I can't see the picture though but since you've tried doing a factory reset, You can also try doing an offline system update by downloading the OSU File here.

    Once you download the Offline System Update File onto your PC, you can see it as a a zip file so you'll have to unzip onto a USB that's at least 8GB and formatted to NTFS. Once it's all downloaded plug the USB into your Xbox, the offline system update will be enabled.

    The same exact thing happened to me though but it works after connecting it to a mobile hotspot. Make sure you have enough mobile data too.

    Hi thanks for responding. Yes I tried using my hotspot and it had the same results. Just loaded for a long time then returned to add new option
