cant play a video

just got the newest rick and morty episode but it wont play at all and the error code dose not even match anywhere at all.

its 0x101ab80. so what do i do about this?

then why cant i play a video on youtube when it says you need adobe flash player and since i have html5 video sorce i should be able to play youtube videos but i cant

Hi! Is the Xbox music you are talking about possibly the Zune app? If so and you don't use the Zune app for anything else you can delete the app from your hard drive (storage - games and apps). This will let you play your downloaded videos through the standard
video player, without having to wait for Zune to boot up.

I got the same thing happening. I even went to my PC player and it says it's not available . Wish these guys could get their shhh in a grip with this and music I've purchased that's all of a sudden not available.

Same issue with season 3 Ep 6 of Rick and Morty. I bought the season pass. 0xc101a3ff is the code I get. Come on support, give us an answer.

 

Having the same problem. Didn't even show up as "Ready To Watch" until like 10:30 pm (on 8/28/17) and got an error message. Still can't get it to play on 8/29/17
